Key Stage 2 Outcomes
We are very proud of our pupils’ achievements at the end of Key Stage 2. This year, our results show that children at our school continue to make strong progress across all subjects, performing in line with or above national averages in several areas.
-
Reading: Our pupils achieved particularly well in reading, with over 81% reaching the expected standard – higher than both the local authority and national averages. An impressive 42% of pupils reached the higher standard, showing excellent reading comprehension and enjoyment of literature.
-
Writing: In writing, our results remain strong, with attainment close to the local authority average and above the national figure for pupils working at greater depth.
-
Maths: Our children continue to develop their mathematical understanding, with many achieving the higher standard and demonstrating strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
-
Combined Results: Overall, two-thirds of our pupils reached the expected standard in reading, writing and maths combined – above the national average.
These outcomes reflect our school’s commitment to high expectations, quality teaching, and a supportive learning environment that enables every child to succeed.
